We will be staying in Village 1 Residence, 16 interconnected houses containing 3-4 floors of 16 beds per floor, each floor has a shared washroom, and lounge with fridge and microwave.

Important: You must enter "Ontario Association of Physics Teachers" (without the quotes) into the Conference/Group field in order to get the reduced rate.

 

All guests are charged a standard $50 deposit when registering which is applied to their total balance. Any OAPT guests without any additional charges (such as internet or laundry cards) will be getting a refund which our front desk staff will process upon arrival.

The accommodation will be for single rooms at $19.99 a night until Monday April 2, 2012 and after that it will be $45.75 a night (plus applicable taxes)

 

Breakfast can be found on campus on the Friday starting at 7:00 A.M. at REVelations and Tim Hortons. However, these establishments will not open until 8 A.M. on Saturday. A continental breakfast for $8 can be had at PI. You will need to pre-register for this and purchase a ticket on Thursday or Friday when you arrive at PI.

 

Parking at the residence is free in Lots S and V for those staying in the residence - otherwise it is $3.00 per day.

 

Parking at the Perimeter Institute is in a gravel lot to the north.
