Making an Active Learning Classroom Work for YOU!”

A hands-on opportunity to try out a variety of active-learning classroom techniques, from concept questions to drawing exercises to interactive lecture demonstrations. Activities for nearest neighbors, for small groups, and for full classroom discussion. This is a chance to try them out, take them for a test drive, and see what works best for your situation and your classroom. Plus many practical suggestions about how to implement active-learning techniques and how to get started if you're new to active learning. Appropriate for both high school and college level instructors.
