Project Based Learning: Students on the Beamlines

The Canadian Light Source (CLS) is Canada's only Synchrotron facility. In the past three years the CLS has expanded their outreach program to provide opportunities for High School students to design and conduct their own experiments at the synchrotron. This talk will include an overview of the Students on the Beamlines (SoB) program and how to incorporate synchrotron science into the physics classroom.
