Science Simulations in the Classroom
This presentation will illustrate the use of (Java based) simulations in the Science classroom. Several examples will be highlighted in the presentation. This is a hands-on session, and participants will have the opportunity to try many of the simulations for themselves. Criteria for the selection of useful simulations will also be briefly discussed. The handout for this session will include several examples of worksheets that can be used with the simulations. All participants will also receive a CD that includes all of the simulations discussed.
