An ISU that lasts the whole semester and, in some cases, the whole year.
The topics were Current Events in Physics. Teams had to present their topic to the class at the start of the course and then every 4 or 5 weeks give an update of the latest developments in that particular area. This forced the team to choose a topic that was current and which was changing rapidly, such as the ITER Project and the ISS.
It allowed the teams to make a number of presentations and so improve their skills.
